Matt Berkowitz was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without the need for me to have him repeat himself. He understood my needs and was such a pleasure to work with. Usually buying a new vehicle is a hassle with so much haggling. There was none of that with Matt. Stephen in financing was also very efficient and that process went smoothly as well. Stephen also explained everything line by line and triple checked the numbers to ensure no mistakes. I also must add that they gave me a good fair trade in value for my Civic. More
