John is the only one I like dealing with John Arslan , my sales guy, is the only responsive and helpful person that I have spoken to or dealt with in that dealer, and the parts department. The rest need work. When you call them, it is like they are either never at their desks (Service) or they'll say "I'll have service call you in 15-20 minutes" and no call back. I had to call them 2 hours late, AWFUL. This morning I called at 9 am, I still haven't received a call back. I called John and he said I am on it, let me see. He follows up and he is reliable at the dealer, even after he sells you the car. Thank you John. More
