When we decided on a model we were interested in he then took us on a test drive. We were sold in the first three minutes. The engine was quick and powerful, the ride quiet and smooth, and the steering agile. After that the paperwork was a breeze. Douglas Daniele was top notch and very low pressure throughout the process. He made what could be a stressful experience into a very positive and relaxing one. When test driving a few of the cars, Jerry, was very knowledgeable of the car and explained to me about them and answered all my questions and then some. He went above and beyond. While test driving, I mentioned that I wanted an automatic starter in my next car and that I would have one installed if the one I was going to buy didn’t have one. Out of the 3 cars I looked at and not knowing that the car I was looking at, had one already installed, he surprised me by starting the car when I was getting ready to drive off the lot. The fact that he didn’t want me to make my decision based on the automatic start shows that he cares about how you make your decision to buy what. There was no pressure to buy one over the other. No pressure at all. It was truly a pleasant, no pressure buy for me! My mother was with me at the time of the purchase and was impressed by the overall service and she is now talking about buying a new car and will be coming to D&C Honda.
