After a brief discussion, he was able to quickly identify some models of vehicles, both new and used, and we began test drives and we identified our next car - on a lease option we had not even considered. Pedro was very patient while my wife and I made our decision. When it was time to make the purchase, Pedro was prepared to close, Anna walked me through many of the new features of my car, and Tim in finance finalized the process quickly and got me on my way.
