The first experience was great but I have to say this time it was amazing. Bianca called us about trading our 2012 Accord in and when she realized that Wally had been our salesman the 1st time she turned everything over to him. We did the online credit application and got preapproved. Wally knew that we were traveling 150 miles and didn't have lots of time so he had some vehicles ready for us to test drive. We picked the 2015 Accord but had to wait to get the color we wanted. He called Greg on Monday and said that it would be ready at 4:00 on Tuesday. I called him back to let him know we would be coming to pick it up he had it ready to go when we got there. He had Collette go over everything about the car with us, she helped us set up our phone to the Bluetooth (she was very patient :) ) and get things preset. We then went to see the finance guy and he explained everything and helped us get the right payment for us. The process was painless :) and we love our new 2015 Accord! Thank you!!!!! More
