Can say this enough my experience with Valley Stream Honda was totally a wonderful and pleasant experience. Worked with us on our budget and did not push us with any upgrades and additional features. Which I’m super appreciative for. As for the finance rep another 5 star rating worked with us to keep our monthly payment within our budget and provided us with options to choose from . I always hear about bad car buying experience but Valley Steam Honda made my car buying experience a truly wonderful experience and will definitely recommend them in the future. More

The intake service person was professional and friendly. In fact, all of the staff I came in contact with were great. My problem with the service dept. is overbooking. Regardless of how minor the repair/ In fact, all of the staff I came in contact with were great. My problem with the service dept. is overbooking. Regardless of how minor the repair/service is, the wait time is minimum 2 hours. While the waiting room is comfortable there are no amenities. At one time it was common practice to offer free coffee and bagels as appreciation to your customers. Now there are vending machines. Very disappointing. More
