I hadn’t been to this dealership for service in a number of years, and was surprised that their timelines were so off. It took almost two days to diagnose an issue, and when promised a pickup time, I had t of years, and was surprised that their timelines were so off. It took almost two days to diagnose an issue, and when promised a pickup time, I had to wait an extra hour because service was never started. Great facility, but better focus is needed. More
