I dropped my car off for an oil change at 10:30 am and was not finished until 2:30 and I had to call. When I go to the center my paperwork was not ready because the cashier said it was across the street was not finished until 2:30 and I had to call. When I go to the center my paperwork was not ready because the cashier said it was across the street with Marcus and would not call or get him.I was directed to another gentleman who asked me where my paperwork was and I said it was not ready and then he asked who helped me and I said I did not know because I had no paperwork. I was then directed to someone else. In a nutshell maybe I should get paid for doing the work. More
