Very unprofessional. paid 7k for a used engine with more miles than my original engine just for the head gasket to blow on it too. Didn't address my problem for over a ye paid 7k for a used engine with more miles than my original engine just for the head gasket to blow on it too. Didn't address my problem for over a year until my Honda warranty expired. Towed car in for service again for a blown gasket & service workers are posing with the car, they're trying to charge another diagnostic fee, and no one returns calls. Advised replacement engine had a 2 year warranty to then be told it is just one year from service. After engine replacement all das lights came back on 30 minutes after driving it. More concerned with posing with the show car than keeping it drivable. 0/10 do not recommend. No accountability has been taken and everyone just passes the buck More

Service center did not fully address my concern with a malfunctioning center console armrest. This was defective and came unattached. This defect occurred right away once car was leased due to poor qual malfunctioning center console armrest. This was defective and came unattached. This defect occurred right away once car was leased due to poor quality. Glue is present and it was not attached in a sturdy manner. There is no reason I should be quoted nearly $400 to fix this. Additional work was recommended for a new car with only 5,000 miles. I left feeling that the service center was more interested in charging for items that were not necessary, than actually listening to my concerns. In addition, I was the third car to arrive, and had a 7AM appointment . It took over 2 hours to get my car back, and that was only when I went to the desk to inquire. More
