Had my vehicle transmission fixed on a Saturday morning, He promised to give me a call before the day ends, never happened, had to wait until Monday just to find out that it still not finished. I requested for courtesy vehicle, He did not even bother trying to check for availability. He called me Tuesday morning, saying the car is almost finished and Finance will call me for the payment so I can pick up my car after working hours, ended up me calling at 5:45pm, saying my vehicle is still not ready. I got my car Wednesday afternoon, no apologies, with receipt saying everything was checked and in good condition including my battery. Following day, I could not start my vehicle, had to tow it back to service center thinking that they did not fixed my car properly. he just said battery needs replacement ( which they checked the day before saying its in good condition). More

Very disappointed in the service. Had a message on my dash on October 2nd, problem with my emissions system. They did not deem it an emergency and gave me an appointment for October Had a message on my dash on October 2nd, problem with my emissions system. BEEN a customer for 20+ years, very disappointed. I think I will buy my next car in Brooklyn, where I live. More
