We feel like there is a misunderstanding. It is stated in our paperwork that is signed during the service of a vehicle that if a vehicle fails inspection then it is the client's responsibility to take care of the payment for the NY inspection. The NYSI failed in this case due to the windows being tinted which is illegal in New York State. If you have further concerns, feel free to reach out to discuss them at 516-812-5302.
