Recently, I visited this service center for an oil change and requested a multi-point inspection for my almost brand new car. However, my experience with the service advisor , Daniel Sanchez, turned out to b and requested a multi-point inspection for my almost brand new car. However, my experience with the service advisor , Daniel Sanchez, turned out to be nothing short of a scam. Despite being assured that there were no major issues with my vehicle, I was charged an exorbitant amount of $350 for the inspection. Moreover, I specifically requested the inspection for several components, including the wheel alignment and brakes. However, to my surprise, I found that the service center classified each inspection as a separate expense, ultimately resulting in a bloated bill for unnecessary costs. In one instance, I requested a wheel alignment inspection, but instead, the service center charged me for headlight alignment, which according to me, is a manufacturer defect and has no direct correlation with wheel alignment. When I raised my concerns with the manager, Marcel, he dismissed my complaints saying that I had already signed the papers, and therefore, I had to pay. I was in a hurry and had to leave quickly, Therefore, I signed the papers In rush. However, I explicitly instructed the service advisor to let me know before initiating any work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, the service center failed to uphold their end of the deal and charged me without any prior consent. After my experience, I have consulted with other customers who had gone to this place, and they shared similar experiences of scams and deceitful practices. In light of this, I caution prospective clients to beware of this service center and avoid falling prey to their sneaky tactics. I urge the authorities to investigate such fraudulent activities at this center and justice be meted out to the customers who have been wronged. More
