Service dept does not honor appointment times. Took 2 1/2 hours for routine oil change. It's a headache every time I go there for routine maintenance but this was the longest wait time. It takes me 1 hour round trip to get there and the wait. And then this has to be done every 3-4 months! Two managers standing there had no solution for this problem that was right in front of them and letting it happen! They have no respect for your time and effort. I would not recommend this service dept to .anyone. More

She was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She is an asset to your company and delivers a great first impression. Daniel was the service advisor that worked with me, he is an asset to your company, he was courteous, thorough, professional, and had all of my vehicle issues addressed. I left satisfied with the experience at Honda of Valley Stream and will definitely return in the future to service my vehicle, and plan to recommend Honda of Valley Steam. More
Agent was told that the last agent did not include the car had had a tire rotation. Agent acted as if she couldn’t do anything to support this issue. I had return home find the paperwork from when the other agent was supposed to include the paperwork bring it back to Clara for her to properly fill in what her colleague said he did, but didn’t do ( he isn’t working there any longer). I find Clara very helpful to people she likes and who are long time customers. If you’d new she doesn’t go out of her way. She is smiling while she’s not helpful. More

After having the car checked out for a different issue, on the way home I noticed that the right rear brake light assembly was not working properly. I returned the car to Honda to check out the brake light on the way home I noticed that the right rear brake light assembly was not working properly. I returned the car to Honda to check out the brake light assembly. It turns out there was a hairline crack in the lens that permitted moisture to enter thus shorting out part of the assembly. As I had previously leased or purchased four or five vehicles at this dealer and I purchased the car about 6 months ago as a certified vehicle from another dealer, I requested that the repair be made at your cost with no charge for labor. Ms Torres spoke to the service manager and got back to me to inform me that they will take 5% off of the MSRP of the item and will also charge me for 1 hour of labor. The labor should take not more than 5 minutes as all it involves is removing two screws, removing the unit and replacing it with a new one. I found the response of the service manager to be offensive and totally lacking in Goodwill. Accordingly, I doubt I will purchase another vehicle from your dealership. More
