Ordered tonneau cover on line. Order was processed after payment was made then was canceled. I called the parts department to find out why the order was canceled. The parts person told me the shipping was incorrect. He could not sell it to me as listed. He acknowledged it was not my fault. He never even offered an alternative. I called the sales manager and he could offer nothing but talk to the parts manager. That went no wear as well.I would rate this as very poor customer service. The dealership is under new manage. I can only imagine what the old management team was like. More

Non complicated service was way overpriced after taking a survey of local competitors. Continued with the service as the dealership was already doing an unrelated recall update and didn’t want to lose anymor survey of local competitors. This was my first visit for inspection and 20,000 mile service and 2 recalls. I was very pleased with the level of customer support and care shown. Work was completed within 4 hours which was vast improvement over Hempstead Honda service. Only disappointment was the car was not washed upon completion of service but I will not let that deter me from future use of VS Honda service More

After 2 hour wait I found out all work requested was not performed because service technician determined there was not enough tire tread. The decision to rotate tires should have been mine.
