Even with an appointment at 7:30 am, I still waited almost 3 and 1/2 hours for an oil change, inspection, and 2 recalls which all that was needed was a computer update. I had to ask if my cat was done More

Ms Marrero – We apologize that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. We do not any control over the NYS emissions test that passes you in the NYSI inspection. You have not addressed my complaint. Mechanics can't find the issue with my car, I have brought it in several times for a few years already with a check engine light on and still they cannot find the problem, how is this possible. Last year I paid over $2,000 for service and most of that was for service for each item done. Also, I brought my car to another service department on Monday, and surprise surprise, I am missing my engine cover, the clamp on the intake hose was swinging around, the intake hose has a rip almost completely around it and I am missing screws on a plate next to the intake hose. I would like to know what is Honda going to do about this. Very disappointed. I trusted Honda Service blindly.
