Jerry Lancaster was very helpful, him and the head of the shop took time to listen understand the issue and resolved it. i went to Paragon Honda who did not and who, I told them it was an electrical issue w shop took time to listen understand the issue and resolved it. i went to Paragon Honda who did not and who, I told them it was an electrical issue why the car was not passing the NY state inspection Parago had a scam that would have costed more than $300.00. Valley Stream listen found out it was the battery that was under warranty. Jerry and the head of the shop (sorry i forgot his name) made a customer for all my service needs. More
