Always takes a long time for any service being done. Prices are higher here at the dealership but at least I’m confident that they use genuine Honda parts. I had a 9:15 AM appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. I called at 2:30 asking for the status and was told they were in the process of doing the work. I received a call at 5:00 PM saying that t rotation. I called at 2:30 asking for the status and was told they were in the process of doing the work. I received a call at 5:00 PM saying that the car was partially completed but needed “a few bolts replaced” on a shied and the brake fluid needed to be flushed and replaced BUT the car would have to either stay until the next day to be completed.
