My wife recently took out CRV for a routine oil change. The next day, while driving, I noticed a whining noise and vibrations while accelerating. I sent a total of 3 emails with no response. Funny thing is I'm sure the noise isn't serious but the lack of response cements that I will not return to this Honda dealership. More

My problem was easily fixed in 5 minutes, but the technicians spent over 4 hours to find out if there was something more technical wrong than the fact I had accidentally pushed the headlight / direct technicians spent over 4 hours to find out if there was something more technical wrong than the fact I had accidentally pushed the headlight / directional signal lever back which made the high beams turn on every night when I drove after twilight. I was not aware that there were two positions for that lever. .Once they noticed the lever was not in the normal position when they first began, they really should have told me to go home and drive it after twilight to see if the problem was gone after they put the lever in the normal position More
