Mocking customers isn’t the best way to make them comfortable. Some of the staff here are extremely rude and like to talk about the customers which is not appreciated. As I waited for my vehicle I lo comfortable. Some of the staff here are extremely rude and like to talk about the customers which is not appreciated. As I waited for my vehicle I look up and see one of the valets came in with a cashier and pointed at me using a racial slur. I’ve had problem with location before and made complaints and they did not make any changes or apologize for the inappropriate and unprofessional behaviors from the individuals. I may actually just stop coming here. The only reason at this point is because of convenience. More

Overall it’s ok. Wait was too long just for an oil change and the price of $49 plus tax for an oil change is too high. My final fill came up to $56.43 after all the extra charges they add on.
