8/7/2021, Went to service my Honda Pilot, oil change, tire rotation and general service for my Pilot, because I am going on a long trip. The technician checked out my car, did the oil change, but state tire rotation and general service for my Pilot, because I am going on a long trip. The technician checked out my car, did the oil change, but stated that I will need new tires, due to tires are worn out and dry rot. They took pics of the tires, a bit worn out but certainly not dry rot. I asked if they could just rotate the tires instead, but the write up guy refused to acknowledge my request, telling me that it would make no sense to rotate and that they would not do it, that I will need to purchase new tires. Cost of the tire will be $1200.00. I had a coupon for free alignment, but he refused to give me back the coupon. I eventually left , only did the oil change, not sure if they checked the rest of the engine for me to take this long trip. I eventually went to COSTCO and purchase my tires. I will give this place a two , for being very obnoxious and rude to me. i still need an alignment, but now I don't have my free alignment coupon to use. What a waste of my time... since when customer service gotten so rude and not wanting to help their customers. He did not even want to explain anything to me, instead requested me to read the bill of what was done. Now customers service send me a text to check if my service was satisfactory... well, I called 3 times already, but no answer, left a message each time, still no return call. More

I brought my car last week to have my a/c fixed as it was blowing warm air and to have a leak from my steering wheel fluid fixed. They kept the car for a week due to back order of some parts. When i picked up the car the bill for the A/C repair was a little over a thousand, the work they did was, evacuate and recharge the system, remove and replace the A/C condenser fan motor and replaced the A/C filter. After about 3 days of driving with the A/C properly working, suddenly, i’m back to the A/C blowing warm air. I brought the car and left it as it was supposedly covered by the warranty being that its the same issue. Towards the end of the day i got a call from the rep informing me that they need to replace the A/C Condenser and Discharge hose and that i will be charged more than 1200 for this repair. According to them, they did not found out about this the first time. This i find terribly disappointing and utterly ridiculous. How can you have not diagnosed this in the first place, you had the car for a week. The initial repair that you did obviously was not the main problem as it did not solve the issue and i have to pay again for the incompetence in your diagnosis of the problem. This was a waste of money and time bringing my car at this location. I tried to speak to the Manager, Mr Mejia but unfortunately he does not work on Wednesday. I have always been an avid fan of Honda products for its reliability, integrity and craftsmanship, clearly this service department does not in anyway reflect these traits. More
Very very disappointed! Wanted an inspection and oil change. Was told I would also get a free car wash when I checked in. After meeting with the service adviser, he told me it would be an hour and a h change. Was told I would also get a free car wash when I checked in. After meeting with the service adviser, he told me it would be an hour and a half wait. Well after waiting over 3 hours, I receive my car as dirty as I brought it in! The man who brought my car to me was rude and he was the one who told me I would get a wash! Yet I heard him tell another gentleman that his car was gonna come out clean and dry! He also said he didn’t bother to dry the woman’s car that was brought out before mine! Really nice! I guess he just didn’t bother to even wash mine! I will look for service elsewhere next time! More
