I brought my car in for NYS inspection. I mentioned that the tic tic sound for the turn signal stopped working and I would like it restored. The check -in service person said that in new cars there is n the tic tic sound for the turn signal stopped working and I would like it restored. The check -in service person said that in new cars there is no sound at all. Nothing was done about this. If I make a wide turn, sometimes the turn signal indicator does not go off,and I have to remember to turn it off manually. More

Customer service and car technicians are professional and courteous. I had to leave my car and was a technician took me home at drop off and then picked up when the car was ready. Had an issue with my 2014 CRV. Will found the service issue from Honda, told me they had everything they need to correct the problem which they did the following Monday. Clara in service was courteous an issue from Honda, told me they had everything they need to correct the problem which they did the following Monday. Clara in service was courteous and attentive and Jerry is the best mechanic I have met in a very long time. I highly recommend Honda of Valley Stream. More
