Honda of WESTPORT and Kam made the shopping experience easy and pleasant. Kam answered questions, took us out for a test drive, explained the federal and state tax rebates, and did not pressure us to make a quick decision. He did, however, call us later when it turned out Honda was no longer automatically replacing Claritys as they were sold. (We had also read in chat groups California was getting most of these vehicles and those elsewhere were finding they had to order the car.) We returned for another test drive in the model we wanted, and decided to purchase that vehicle rather than take a chance on ordering sight unseen. Kam took care of the registration, etc. and walked us carefully through the screen controls—including linking my cell phone. The car continues to be a delight. More

However, we were not happy that my tire air pressure lights kept coming up even after going back for so many times. This was manufactured defects. I do not hold Ms Collard responsible. I would say that Ms Collard has helped to defuse my dissatisfactions. She is courteous and quite frankly my favorite front desk service officer in Honda Westport Service department. And I have used your dealership for services for over 15 years. This is my 3rd Honda car bought from Honda of Westport. More
