Geo persuaded me to come to Jacksonville. Geo sought me out by phone and assured me he would have a two-door Civic coupe for me to try out whenever I came in. Although Geo was not in the shop on Sunday, 6 October, he had prepared Jeff Ritchey to take over in his stead. Both men were very impressive in making me aware of the many fine features of this automobile I became more and more eager to purchase. My experience with Sam in finances (?) was no where near as positive as it had been with Geo and Jeff: that branch of the dealership was understaffed on Sunday, 6 October, and another customer was allowed to cut the line in front of me, as I waited. The time I spent waiting to see Sam was longer than it should have been, and I could sense that even the very pleasant Jeff was as getting annoyed with him. More
