Well, I have never purchased a car via texts and phone calls after seeing it online, but I will always use my recent experience as a benchmark. Jon (Mazur) was very responsive, kept working with me until calls after seeing it online, but I will always use my recent experience as a benchmark. Jon (Mazur) was very responsive, kept working with me until the hubs and I were satisfied, and closed the deal with a promise to have the 2020 CR-V delivered to our house (almost 3 hours away) that night. Fred (Sellers) arrived around 10:30 p.m., gave us a great tutorial of the car, answered our questions, and handled the paperwork efficiently. He drove back to JAX that night in my trade-in. Byron (Smith) handled all the financing deets expediently. All-in-all, it was a great experience and I do highly recommend Honda of the Avenues! More
