Unexpected purchase We had a 2012 Odyssey that needed struts. So we decided to take a look at some used vehicles . Ended up test driving 2019 Pilots and Odysseys. We even We had a 2012 Odyssey that needed struts. So we decided to take a look at some used vehicles . Ended up test driving 2019 Pilots and Odysseys. We even were able to take the vehicles to my wife at home a few miles away so as to avoid 3 kids under 3 running around a dealership. Once we got to the table, I realized that perhaps the 2019s were too expensive. After some back and forth with me giving a little and the dealership giving a little, we were able to come to a fair price on the vehicle and a more tahn fair price on the trade in. Overall very happy.. We ended up with a brand new 2019 Odessy that we are settling into when we thought a used vehicle was in the cards. More

60,000 mile check up The service was spot on. I was told before hand what the cost would be and was notified about any additional recommendations. I was also given a loane The service was spot on. I was told before hand what the cost would be and was notified about any additional recommendations. I was also given a loaner car which kept me from having to wait around for my car. That was great. Staff was friendly and professional. I also was able to use a coupon that I had toward my service. I bought my car new in 2010 and will continue to have it serviced at Honda of the Avenues for as long as own the car..which I plan on keeping for a long time.... More

Quick, easy, painless, honest. Had an issue with car battery. Walked in, and was greeted immediately by Josh. Josh helped me understand the issue and how it could be fixed.
