I'd like to begin by saying I have purchased 5 new vehicles in my lifetime dealing with 5 different dealerships and plain and simple my experience at Honda of the Avenues in Jacksonville was the best vehicles in my lifetime dealing with 5 different dealerships and plain and simple my experience at Honda of the Avenues in Jacksonville was the best I have ever had. I live in NY and my son is moving to Jacksonville so we needed to set him up with a vehicle. We were interested in getting the Insight and had no luck with any of the dealerships in NY. I utilized the Costco Auto program who in turn put me in touch with Honda of the Avenues. My initial call put me in touch with Richard Norton and I feel it was my good fortune that it was Richard who answered the call. Conducting a purchase remotely seemed quite daunting at the outset, but Richard was there for us every step of the way. From Costco pricing, to securing my son' new Grad discount, everything was promptly and efficiently handled. Richard's emails and texts were always answered in detail and in a timely fashion. Essentially, I felt like I had made a friend before I even arrived. When the day came to pickup the vehicle I was looking forward to meeting Richard in person and I honestly can't say enough about how well the process went under his direction. All of our paperwork was in order, he took us on a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service managers and when it came to going over the vehicle and all of its features, Richard was meticulous, thorough, patient and simply just into everything the Insight had to offer in terms of safety, technical features and performance. He spent a solid hour and a half with us in the vehicle. As a parent, having everything about a new vehicle explained so carefully to your child meant so much. To sum up, Honda of the Avenues is a great place to purchase a vehicle and Richard Norton is the man to see!!! More
