Salesperson was good. . everything else was a disaster. Sales manager said we didn't need to have both partners there to close the deal. Waited 15-20 minutes for finance . everything else was a disaster. Sales manager said we didn't need to have both partners there to close the deal. Waited 15-20 minutes for finance person to be available and they said we had to have both partners in person. So my partner came to the dealership to sign papers and we thought that we were done. We then received daily calls/texts for the next several days as they found new paperwork that wasn't completed. Additionally, the dealership had an IOU, we had to follow up several times then when the product finally came in we were getting hustled to come down and pick it up immediately. Wont be going back. More

I don't know where to even start with regards to my amazing experience at Honda of the Avenues. First and foremost, I must thank a gentleman named Joe Carter as he is the most capable and gifted salesp amazing experience at Honda of the Avenues. First and foremost, I must thank a gentleman named Joe Carter as he is the most capable and gifted salesperson I have ever had the immense pleasure of meeting in my entire life. In fact, he is so beyond effective in everything that he does that he made an absolute miracle happen for me and I will never forget him for it. With very poor credit and no down payment, Joe effortlessly made things happen for me over and over again and I was in awe of his complete dedication to getting me into a new vehicle and the very best deal that he could. With the help and approval from his management team, in addition to the finance guy, another gentleman named Joe, he made it happen for me and so much more that I was pretty much left speechless. The vehicle that he obtained for me is a million times better than any other vehicle that I have ever had too. If I could tell everyone about this gem of a dealership, I would tell them to go in a heartbeat as it is different from all of the others in the best ways possible.
