Had a great experience. I was promptly greeted by Victor, after listen to what I was looking for he helped me find a car that suited my needs. All he wanted in return was a ride back to the dealership!… hahaha… Clay the financial representative I worked with was awesome! Let me tell you a little something about Honda of the Avenues. My little red car that I loved so much died. Poor ole Randy Lewis in the service department had to deliver the news. He explained my options. He hooked me up with a courtesy car. Best of all he didnt try to push me into an immediate decision. He gave me time to think about what was best for me. I could not have asked for a better or more empathetic first contact. This is the point in the story where, after deciding to do a trade in,  I meet Derrick Gayle. He got that I was looking for something affordable. We talked about what I wanted and my options. He really worked hard to get me into the payment range I wanted. When my car finally came in, I dont know which one of us was more excited lol. He explained all of the features and helped me connect my phone. He was what Guy Fieri would call the bomb dot com! Finally there was Sam Fakhouri. He was the finance dude. He was knowledgeable and funny- look out for his coffee cup! He answered all of my questions. I had never leased before, so I appreciated all of the detail he provided. He made sure I understood the process. I even got a 100 on 2 of the quizzes... ok so I am kidding about the quizzes (maybe). He also threw in an oil change which was awesome. I walked out of his office question free. He was a cool dude. Every single person I encountered really helped turn a bad situation (you just dont know how much I loved my little crz) into something positive. I was already a Honda girl, but this experience cemented me as an Avenues Honda girl. I wouldnt even think about going anywhere else. They. Rock.  More
