It was time for my Honda Accord to get a synthetic oil change, they reminded by email and when I pulled up in the dealership service area, my name was already on the screen before I got out of the car! Wow! Josh let me know of a couple of concerns, so I got the transmission fluid changed for my Accord’s 2nd Birthday, at a very reasonable price. When we went there, we had barely stepped out of our car and were greeted and directed to the reception area. Our salesperson, Zach Rafidi was there waiting for us.
