Express Oil Change I went in for an oil change and wanted to schedule a warranty recall appt. and I was told there were 10 cars in front of me for an oil change and did I went in for an oil change and wanted to schedule a warranty recall appt. and I was told there were 10 cars in front of me for an oil change and did I want to wait or perhaps come in the next day. I explained that I needed to wait and was told that it would take 2 hours - just wanted to let me know that it could be a long wait. I said that I understood and could I book an apt for the battery recall issue for my Accord and was told that they could do that at the same time as the oil change but it would just add about 15 - 20 minutes onto the time. I said that was great. My car was done ahead of schedule. I was very pleased. More

Dishonest First, I made an inquiry via computer for a vehicle I wanted at the dealership. I let them know I was in a hurry to find a car since mine was totaled First, I made an inquiry via computer for a vehicle I wanted at the dealership. I let them know I was in a hurry to find a car since mine was totaled in Irma. The first response from Khalid was a smart aleck one, which I didn't appreciate. Nevertheless, I wanted this specific car. My husband and I went back and forth with Khalid throughout an entire day, while we were working (we live an hour away from the dealership) and agreed on a price and began the process to be approved for financing. This morning, while I was expecting to head to this dealership later this evening to pick up my car, Khalid tells my husband that they sold the car out from under us. I am so livid and would NEVER do business at this dealership again. More
