Maintenance I took my Odyssey in to have a vibration in the front end checked and was told the tires needed to be balanced and the front brake rotors turned (whic I took my Odyssey in to have a vibration in the front end checked and was told the tires needed to be balanced and the front brake rotors turned (which I suspected when I took it in). They performed those two services and my vehicle is now riding perfectly smooth at all speeds with no issues when braking. They did a great job (as usual) and got the vehicle back to me on time and clean with all issues corrected. The service advisors are great and the technicians really do an excellent job. More

Service has returned to excellent In the last couple of visits prior to this one I have had a mixed bag of service including a 2 1/2 hr wait for a 'quick oil change'. My visit earlier In the last couple of visits prior to this one I have had a mixed bag of service including a 2 1/2 hr wait for a 'quick oil change'. My visit earlier this week shows a return to the high standards I was used to. I made an appointment to have my airbag serviced while I got my routine oil and filter. I was specifically told who my rep was (James Mosley). When I drove in he was expecting me, he knew what I was there for and was particularly cordial but at the same time professional enough to know I had someone waiting to pick me up. When I got my Ridgeline back the work was done, the price fair and Mr Mosely seemed particularly interested in my satisfaction...and no...I'm an old guy, not a young blonde..LOL. Thanks More

Long day with great reward I called the dealership and made an appointment with "TC" (Thomas Phelps). TC greeted me at the appointed time and was very courteous and professiona I called the dealership and made an appointment with "TC" (Thomas Phelps). TC greeted me at the appointed time and was very courteous and professional. We were close age, me 70, TC 50s, so we had a lot in common. We searched for a blue CRV and took a test drive. That was a good experience but all my deals have to be approved by my daughter. When she arrived we determined that it would be better with a model with the newer safety sensing features. We drove a gray one and that worked very well. I am explaining all this because this took place during a very hot humid day. TC was always professional as this was a sort of "marathon" sale under very tough conditions. Finally we closed and TC had our car shined and filled with gas. Again, TC was very professional throughout. Then we drove away happily in our new Honda CRV! Thank you TC and all the Avenues Honda folk who were all very friendly and professional throughout the day! Highly recommend! More
