Best dealership feature is their efforts to accommodate and make the process as painless as possible. Worst feature is the ridiculous mandatory option list (of items I don't want) they tack on the sticker. I would love to have the management come into my clothing store to purchase a pair of slacks and be able to tell them that in addition to the $50 for the pants, they must also pay an additional $150 for two matching shirts, socks and belt - "that's the only way they come!" Oh well, all the dealers do it and no one hides the fact that they are highly negotiable - but paying anything for VIN etching and window tinting irritates me. That said, I am happy with my car and I highly recommend the dealership. More
