I had been looking on line for several weeks and knew what I wanted. I expected the usual, " car salesman" hard sell approach so I was really surprised when I said I just wanted to test drive a car and would not be buying that day and the reply was very positive. I continued shopping and had a very negative encounter at another dealership. I returned the next day and bought the car after very low key bargaining at the price I wanted to pay! He was very courteous and attentive to my particular needs and made it possible for me to bring my car in the day prior to the service by setting up a rental car for me to use during the extended service period.
