Very disappointing service department. The service manager had to get involved to handle the recall. It’s frustrating that everytime I come for service- I feel like a number on the wall and that there is always a new service advisor I get assigned to. I have always been a Honda owner- but I’m beyond frustrating and have stopped referring people to Lou Sobh Honda of the Avenues. Maybe other Honda locations are better- but I’ve never been so over Honda! My sales girl- who also is no longer working at this location- sold me the service contract. I have always had a service contract on all of my Hondas (since 2000)- this locations service advisors obviously do not know how the service contracts work as I am presented with pricing and services I need on my vehicle. Loosing Josh stodel in the service department and bill Roger’s- service manager- has been a huge detriment to your department. Over the years, I have sat on survey panels to assist Honda, done commercials for you and highly recommended Honda of the avenues as I have felt they were family. This is no longer the case- which saddens me, but I will be looking at other options when purchasing my next vehicle. More
