My car had a new mirror with a garage opener installed as well a the front camera went out on my new car. The parts were ordered and the dealers service department called when the parts came in. Waited for 2 hours for an oil change. Lack of communication from the service dept. to the service advisor who told me the car was ready but it wasn't. back to the waiting room. When I asked why it took so long the answer was that a new guy was training. No comp, nothing.
