New to the Area My wife and I just moved to the area from out of state. The air conditioner stopped working on our CR-V. We normally don't use a dealership because of poor service in the past but in this situation we decided to try it. Wow! Josh took care of us right from the beginning. He answered all our questions and kept us informed of the status on the vehicle. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Definitely a pleasure to work with him.
