Excellent experience from start to finish! We received a clear, concise price for the services we needed over the phone. Adam, the service advisor on the phone set us an appointment and when we arrived, a clear, concise price for the services we needed over the phone. Adam, the service advisor on the phone set us an appointment and when we arrived, even though Adam had to leave, another Advisor was able to check us in and have us on our way within 10 minutes. 2 hours later (one hour faster than estimated) we were called and notified our vehicle was ready for pick up. When we came to pick up the car we were checked out for the exact same price we were quoted. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need like cabin or engine air filters, wiper blades or left-handed smoke shifters. All I can say is TRULY OUTSTANDING!!! THANKS. More

The service department spent all day diagnosing to find my problem. I was informed every few hours of the progress by Bobby Howard. He worked with me on the pricing for this service. Your service is excellent and hands down the best I have ever experienced. I purchased my CRV from your dealership and have had prior Honda vehicles from other dealerships in the area and they don’t hold a candle to the excellent service that you all give. Having my battery die in the middle of a stormy day and being given relief from Rob that I would be taken care of and being allowed to work at home until my car was ready was just the best comfort feeling. When our cars run into unplanned problem or replacements needed, there’s a huge feeling of dread when it happens and it’s so appreciated to be taken care of with such ease and positive service.
