Brian Bouchard went far and above what professionalism should be. After stopping in unplanned for a recall noticed I received earlier that week and being in the area of the dealership running errands, I d should be. After stopping in unplanned for a recall noticed I received earlier that week and being in the area of the dealership running errands, I decided to see if it could be taken care of. Brian assured me it would be no more than two hours. I hesitated and after considering I had nothing really important to do for the next few hours, I gave the okay. Less than an hour later Brian comes back and says we're all done. I was quite impressed. Car was cleaned and washed of pollen too! Upon returning home, I noticed that my hitch receiver emblem was missing. Thinking it fell off during car washing, I called and left a voicemail for Brian. He searched the car wash bay to no avail. That is good service! Thinking that I may have not put it back on after using my hitch, I searched around my hitch bag for it. I didn't find it the first time. The second time I looked more thoroughly in my kayak storage bin, I found it. I called and apologized to Brian for the extra work I put him through. He assured me that it was quite alright. My senior moment! In closing, I have always had good experiences at your dealership in the past. Brian adds to that experience profile. My wife's 2013 Accord was bought there, but unfortunately my 2018 Ridgeline wasn't. What I was looking for wasn't in your inventory at the time. My experience with Coggin wasn't as pleasant. I will continue to do business with your dealership and employees like Brian have made that possible! More
My service advisor Bobby is the best, he gave me great advice as to what type of service my car needed based on the mileage and age of my car, he explained everything very clearly. Dealership is great. Easy to schedule service. Received immediately upon arrival to check in vehicle and asked about concerns or issues. Package deals optionswere provided for service required. Only issue which just came to mind is that the pricing for the package deal included oil, filter and tire rotation, which should have been free since I have 3 years free maintenance. Vehicle was cleaned prior to returning it to me. Very happy with the service department. More
