He's got a very friendly manner yet provided very professional service with efficiency and a smile. No baloney, no pressure, just straight story. I havent had many dealership experiences since we moved to Jax last year, but today stands out as one of the best ever. I'll be coming back to him when I need service and we'll also probably bring my wife's Pontiac Vibe in as well. Our 2 experiences with that dealership (initials "Nimnicht") have not gone well. Honest & Fair Car Repair Justin Baca was my service rep. this weekend. I usually get my fantastic service from Josh Stodel. He was very helpful with my Accord I brought in for the airbag recall. I also got an oil change for it as well. The free fluid top-off fixed my brake light issue and air fill fixed the pull to the side issue. I also brought in my wife's Pilot for an oil change & it was discovered she needed a brake job as well. He got us the best possible price and dispelled any fears for new tires with a tire rotation that fixed a couple of different driving issues (pulling to the side & tire vibration). More
