Everything worked out fine and they were able to add my request for additional service needs like an oil change and windshield wipers when I spotted some coupons I could use. Also really appreciate their shuttle service and coffee maker! The service folks work as a great team, and support each other with kindness/aloha also- nice to see! Only thing missing would be a car wash at the end of service. More

Cutter Ford lost out because of their lack of customer service while speaking to me about service for my Explorer that had a pre-paid service plan and extended warranty. They treated me as if I was asking them to do work for free, when they are able to be reimbursed by Ford Motor Company. Because of the crap service I got from Cutter, I reached out to Honolulu Ford to do my regular maintenance and was treated respectfully. Because of this when it was time to get a new vehicle, we came back to purchase a new truck for my husband. Attitude is everything. A bad attitude makes you lose out on a sale, a positive attitude encourages repeat customers. More

Recall repair falure I scheduled an appointment two weeks prior to have a recall repair done on my F-150. I dropped off the truck. Later that day I was called and told t I scheduled an appointment two weeks prior to have a recall repair done on my F-150. I dropped off the truck. Later that day I was called and told they didn't have the parts needed to do the recall repair. I was told that I needed to return when the parts were available. I was without transportation for the whole day and had to have my friend drop me off to pickup the truck. Doesn't the dealership check to see if they have the parts before scheduling the appointment having me drop off the truck. Very Bad. More
