I recently bought a 2020 tesla from cadillac Gmc honolulu my sales person and financial person was very cool and especially the Bigg Boss.Local guy dont know hes name... Couple factors that got me thinking, it's my fault.I wasn't paying attention but I was buying this car for $21,000 at the end of the day.Looking over my paperwork it turned into $23,000 more suspicious , they even change the ad on facebook marketplace to twenty three thousand very suspicious.. But this was totally my fault for not paying attention to comfortable , thinking that I was in a well known dealership that this wouldn't happen, the part that really got me upset.\nIs I barely made it home with the car?Got home took my car to goodyear and my front left tire falling apart took it to Goodyear.Mechanic showed me the 2 front tires.Metal was showing the rear tire also had a lot of wear now on the tesla models this is common, but what is not common letting this car go like this.How did this car pass the service department? I know I bought this car as is but this is ridiculous.Had I known the tire was like this i would've paid them to replace it so much questions. When I came here, my guard was down when you go to a palace like this Cadillac, you expect da best i'm okay with the price change, but the tires this was not good More

I've been a customer for six years and they've truly upped their game. I love the new team and new attitude. Original salesperson was terrible. Scheduling oil change is awful - like 2 months out and only on Saturdays. We wouldn't have bought oil package had we known how difficult to schedule.
