Signed the papers for a used car, was told after I couldn’t take it because it needed an inspection. 2 weeks later it was ready, only to break down in less than 48 hours. But car was sold as is so no couldn’t take it because it needed an inspection. 2 weeks later it was ready, only to break down in less than 48 hours. But car was sold as is so no help from dealer sadly. But dealing with sales staff was strange, days after having the vehicle I was contacted and asked to send my financial documents to their private emails ( something something @ gmail/yahoo) not professional ie jhon@cadillac..com. anyways first payment due soon on a car that don’t run, gonna have to go back there to see where to send payments More

Major NUMEROUS and BIG PROBLEMS with vehicle that were concealed and not disclosed. Sales agent stated they perform a 90 point check of the car to make sure everything is in proper working order. After ha concealed and not disclosed. Sales agent stated they perform a 90 point check of the car to make sure everything is in proper working order. After having the car a couple of days I noticed issues with the brakes and a violent vibration when changing gears. I took the car to an independent repair shop and after they assessed the car they stated that all 4 wheels had virtually metal to metal brake pads. All 4 wheels urgently needed brake rotors, brake pads. All engine mounts were degraded and broken causing the violent vibrations and urgently needed replacing also the struts of the car needed replacing. I was advised not to drive the car until these serious issues were fixed. The car is UNSAFE to drive. I would like to know for the record what the Honolulu GMC and Cadillac 90 point check of the vehicle entails. The estimate to fix issues is $4,581.19! We called Honolulu GMC Cadillac 3 times and also reached out via email regarding these problems. No one has returned my call. Contemplating formal complaints. I will never buy another car from there and would advise others to do likewise. More

Carl sold me the car but never kept me up to date with my vehicle’s status while being fixed. He said he would but never did. Kala’s was so helpful getting my vehicle fixed asap and Johnny in service is awes vehicle’s status while being fixed. He said he would but never did. Kala’s was so helpful getting my vehicle fixed asap and Johnny in service is awesome!!! Johnny keeps in touch with me and I trust him with my vehicle. Too bad Johnny isn’t a salesperson I’d go to him and refer him to everyone. Carl didn’t know too much about the Mazda and didn’t keep his word and because of that I won’t refer anyone to him. Sorry.
