Still waiting for a return call on parts ordered for repair. Service appointment and parts were ordered on 4/7. I was told would have in a few days and be able to complete repair prior to 4/19. The hardest to me is actually getting someone to talk to. The phones take you in circles and you end up leaving messages that don't get returned. I really wish they could make sure that we got a live person to help us when we call...even if it's to let us know.that our service Advisor will call us.back. More

There are so many problems that I'm having with them right now!! The manager Jeremy will not respond to any of my emails and when I came in he had an attitude! I brought my car in after I purchased it a right now!! The manager Jeremy will not respond to any of my emails and when I came in he had an attitude! I brought my car in after I purchased it and they were supposed to fix the ac!! It's been in there 2x and they can't find the problem with the ac!! My warranty expired last month!! I used a loner and it was expired and the vehicle got towed so I had to pay 300$ to get it out and they never refunded me for that like they said they would! Jeremy will not respond about this!! Every time I get my vehicle back, they do not put the pieces back together!! I have a 1foot piece just sitting on the floor! The service department is a mess!!! More
