I recently went in for an oil change and the engine cover was not reinstalled. The bigger issue is the filter was installed incorrectly as well. I then had to have the vehicle towed back into the dealership for additional diagnostics. I called the evening the incident happened but the dealership was closed so I left multiple voicemails. I tried calling again the following morning but was never able to connect with anyone and never received a return call. I ended up calling my insurance company to arrange a tow. My insurance also tried to contact the dealership but they were unsuccessful as well. I went into the dealership but after the vehicle was dropped off for an update as I was unable to reach anyone by phone. Now on the second day I have not received any updates on the diagnosis. More

Service center is only good for regular maintenance and oil changes. For large repairs they don’t have any open appointments for at least 2-3 months, expecting you to be left with no alternate transportati oil changes. They also don’t have any loaners because they say the sales team pulls it from the service center to make a sale. No one answers the phones, constantly going to voicemail; they don’t return calls or respond via their alternate text option that they provide to customers. This is their style of customer service even to customers who have bought their vehicles from their dealership. More
