Apparently the service side is great, the majority of positive reviews are directly related to service. Internet Sales is seriously lacking. When you dig in the reviews a little, you see the internet side has 11 reviews this year with 9 of those being 2 or 1 star. I'll add to that, as this was my poor experience. I inquired about a car I found online. The only positive is that they were quick to reply and ask when I could be there. Considering the Rona issues and the governor's requests to limit non-essential travel...plus me being 50+ miles from the dealership, I asked what kind of fees were on top of the listed price. Mind you, not haggling, just wanting to get an idea of how much extra I'll be paying. The responses were the canned responses you come to expect from any dealership... "We want to make sure you like the car", "we won't be beat on price", and my favorite, "people shop around for the best price and then are unhappy with the customer service". When I explained once again why I did not want to travel the response was, "What is your offer?" Again...simply asking what the doc fee, taxes, and any other dealer fees. I have purchased more than 10 cars from dealerships and visited far more. I find it rediculous that you can get a straight answer from "Internet Sales", especially during a stay at home order. My suggestion, create a better process for internet Sales.... especially as the online generations buy more vehicles. If you're not adaptable, you will be replaced with the Carvanas of the world. I made an attempt to purchase a used car from this dealership after going back it felt like I was stuck in a Seinfeld episode where all sorts of unwanted fees were magically added. I will say that Haidar Fadlallah was the best sales representative of Horne Kia Gilber Arizona. I came in to talk about buying a new Kia Soul, but fell in love with a 2019 Toyota Tacoma. Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership! I was told that this dealership did not take deferred payments because they had been burned in the past, big surprise? That is the first time I have ever heard a dealership not taking deferred payments, so we declined the deal. Next day we managed to come up with the full $800 so we decided to call back and get this deal rolling again, was told by Allen to come on down and they would take care of us. Made our 2nd trip down there, which was a good 45 minutes in rush hour traffic. Allen was nowhere to be found, was greeted by a third associate who basically told us that he had jumped the gun and there was no finalized deal yet. He apologized and said that his manager would get to work on this for us and would give a call first thing in the morning. Today I received no phone calls, figured they are busy and I would call them first. After the usual telephone runaround, I finally get a callback from a manager Reuben an hour or so later saying he was personally working on this and would call me back asap. I made several calls back throughout the day, keep getting the same excuse they are working with other customers, and would get back to me. Apparently these customers are more important than me! Finally get a call back from a Blake, some 4 hours later, he had taken the initiative himself since all of their managers are either incompetent or too busy for me. I was told that someone screwed up, the original deal was never going to happen because the bank would not work with me unless I had a cosigner with perfect credit. At this point I am extremely pissed because this has been a huge waste of time. I still managed to ask politely if they would at least fill up my gas tank to make up for their constant screw ups. Blake is about as fake as you can get. He starts to get snarky with me and says my managers won't do that for you. That's fine I only lost what $50? Meanwhile, I showed this review to my friends, family, and another 100+ employees I work with at Amazon. Your loss! Update: 1 week and no response from the owner or management. More

I have a replacement engine and was told that the turbo was replaced at that it was a new part. This was not true it was a used turbo from the warehouse. It has failed.
