Tyler, Todd, and Diego worked very hard to help my lease a new Kia Forte for my mother, whose old car had just died. Tyler and Todd were great: I was able to negotiate my deal over email and phone before my arrival at the dealership. That was a real plus. Diego was able to get a low lease payment for the new car with Kia/Hyndai Finance, despite a few credit dings. I was impressed. He seemed to actually care about our situation. Have 680 credit score and not upside down on my car. gave them my credit app. they jack up the price on the car to 37000 for a car that I can get anywhere else for 30000. I told them no to a 725 a month payment for 72 months and I would like to lease. said they could. they did not even call me back after my dad called them two days later. Tyler was honest and maintained his word in an industry where few do. The price quoted was the price I got. There were no quarks in the deal.
