Took car into service department for recall work In my 47 years of driving and buying cars I have never had a worse experience or been treated so badly. I took my brand new 2016 Kia Sorento LX in for recall repair. I got my vehicle back damaged by the service department and no one wanted to correct this. I was only told to use my insurance. I have worked for 50 years with the public and never would any of the places I work have treated a customer so poorly. The service manage was rude and condescending I may be older and a women but I am not stupid. Please there is many other service departments in this state of Arizona for Kia go to a different one I rate this one a -10. You will be disappointed. More

I have never dealt with a more horrible service department, the initial representative Josh had no idea about what he was talking about and had to immediately defer to his manager "Jimmy". Jimmy was rude, disrespectful, and even hung up on me at the end of the call. They refused to do the right thing by the customer and refused to let me talk with anyone else including the sales department. At one point he was bragging how great their dealership is and they are opening a 15 million dollar dealership and that I should be impressed. Do yourself a favor and don't go here as they won't take care of your vehicle and you will walk away unimpressed and severely disappointed. More
Flat Tire I had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat tire on a Saturday morning, and after 12 hours of getting the run-around from roadside assistance a I had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat tire on a Saturday morning, and after 12 hours of getting the run-around from roadside assistance and a different dealership, I contacted Stephen Snyder at Horne Kia. He was the first sympathetic person I had talked to all day and thanks to him and his general manager Mike Housh my car was towed to a shop to get fixed. They did all of this after hours and are the only reason I was able to get my car fixed and back on the road before Monday. More

I wasn't in the best of spirits when I had to call him to vent my frustrations on a 106 degree day during our AZ monsoon season, but he was very patient with me and explained the situation and even deferred some cost! I have been a longtime Horne Kia customer and will remain with them as long as they show loyalty and commitment. After weeks go by and you finally get frustrated with their lack of orginization and customer service and ask for your money to be returned they will refuse to return it to you until you have a loud fit in their service department. After seeing their incompetence at the service desk I fear what would go on behind the scenes if I were to ever leave my car there for any real mechanical work. This was just for a door handle. Too bad giving 0 stars is not an option. More
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! JIMMY AND JOSH KIRBY TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME. AFTER FIGHTING WITH PEORIA KIA FOR 4 MONTHS, THESE GUYS STEPPED UP AND FIXED MY NEW CAR. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, SET ME UP WITH A REN GREAT CARE OF ME. AFTER FIGHTING WITH PEORIA KIA FOR 4 MONTHS, THESE GUYS STEPPED UP AND FIXED MY NEW CAR. I made an appointment to have a recalled item replaced. I arrived at the correct time and Peter met us at the door saying "Mr Talbot?" Wow! I never had a service rep call me by name on my first service w I arrived at the correct time and Peter met us at the door saying "Mr Talbot?" Wow! I never had a service rep call me by name on my first service with the dealership. I had a few questions and Peter answered in a way that I felt he was thankful for my business. All three guys at the service desk were very friendly. Peter said, we'll get right on your repair, and while you wait we have TV, coffee, and donuts for our customers. After the service was completed Peter made a few recommendations for future service, but the approach was strictly low-key, no-pressure, and such a change from my past experience with other dealers over the years. On the way out to the car, a young man in the Horne KIA uniform opened the door for us, another surprise! It was like they were saying we value your business from the young man to the service rep. One more item, the bathrooms were spotless, a sign of respect for the customers. Thanks for a very pleasant experience. More
