I’ve been a customer of the House of Imports since 1998. They have serviced all my Mercedes as well as my son, daughter’s and granddaughter’s Mercedes. I have built friendships over the years. I just wanted to acknowledge Dietrich Gumbrecht! He was amazing- he really stepped up and helped me out of a jam. When my husband and I came back the next morning being a Sunday the service was closed, but he went above and beyond to get my key Fed Exe'd to me and really too took the time with us to make sure we were taken care of and conformable until we were able to find a service center open and get me tire replaced. It is hard to find kind, empathetic, and professional customer service today and Dietrich really exemplifies excellent quality customer service and seemed to a great person all around and an assist to House of Imports. I just wanted to give him a shoutout for all he did to help me & my husband! More
