All I’ve ever need from your dealership is to be honest and do your best to accommodate my reasonable request. Instead, I got an attitude reply and, unwillingness to accommodate my request and keep me up to date. I gave you my business because of the utmost professional treatments I received from your sales rep, Awad and his manager. Words are cheap. Actions are more importance than words. In that sense, your dealership failed me. Wish I gave my business to Fletcher Jones MBZ who provided me with advice how to proceed with the cancellation despite I didn’t buy the latest MBZ from them. It’s sad that I have to contact MBZUSA to get the status of my request.
