Gregory took good care of us and once we saw someone in finance he also took good care of us. He had left for the day and came back. My problem is with the dealership and lack of communication. We test drove week before purchase and filled out all financial information ahead of time to make the process more efficient. we had a 4;30 appointment to buy the vehicle with everything worked out from down payment to financing. We were at the dealership 3 hours waiting on someone to process the final papers. This is unacceptable customer service More

Loved this place. We began the process on-line as the auto we wanted had to be shipped. They took all our information and completed most of the paperwork before we arrived to trade in our HRV and pick up auto we wanted had to be shipped. They took all our information and completed most of the paperwork before we arrived to trade in our HRV and pick up our new CRV. Everyone was so helpful, no run around or hidden charges.
