I chose my services online through their service portal based on what I could afford. We confirmed the service requests as I dropped my car off. No paperwork was offered to indicate the prices online wer based on what I could afford. We confirmed the service requests as I dropped my car off. No paperwork was offered to indicate the prices online were just seemingly random amounts not based on what they would actually charge you. My $350 service was upped to over $700! I had no option but to pay and delay paying my auto taxes. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years. Filled out a couple of surveys, and all I e received is a letter wanting to buy my car! More
