Scheduled recall maintenance(SRS system) online. Arrived at dealership approximately one hour prior to scheduled appointment time. Received phone call from service advisor the required parts were no Arrived at dealership approximately one hour prior to scheduled appointment time. Received phone call from service advisor the required parts were not at dealership. An apology was issued and I was advised the service request could not/was not reviewed since it was scheduled online. Service advisor said they would when required parts were at the dealership. Received phone call from service advisor approximately ten days later advising me the required part(s) were in stock and I could schedule at my convenience. Appointment was scheduled. Arrived at dealership at scheduled appointment time. The vehicle was taken in for service and kept for approximately one hour. Service advisor informed me vehicle was ready. Service advisor then informed me the scheduled maintenance was not performed due to not having the required parts. Service advisor said required part(s) could only be determined by viewing barcode on backside passenger side SRS assembly. Service advisor said correct parts needed were back order and they(dealership) would contact me when parts were available and the dealership. So, I have essentially wasted two visits to the dealership. Have been a customer for twelve plus years and have never encountered a experience such as this. More
